The plant consists of Egg Tray Manufacturing Machine, Hydrapulper , Stainless Steel Vibrator, Agitator Gear Box, Air Compressor, Pulp Pump, Water Pump and Vacuum Pump, etc.
MAS manufacture small compact plants for egg trays starting from
720 egg trays/hr to fully automatic plant of 5000 egg trays/hr on
Rotary Pulp Moulding Machine. MAS adopts the latest CAD/CAM
technology based on Engineering Software like solidworks
unigraphics to design and manufacture different Moulds etc. The
equipment are run using new generation PLC's from Allen Bradley,
Mitsubishi etc.
